Off moments. We've all had them, and no doubt one was being had at the time of this issue of Ident TV. It was January 2014, the come-down after New Years Eve and another 2 months of the worst end of winter still to come.

 

But no matter, for this was also the arrival of our colleagues at Ident TV to do what they do which is... well, you know.

 

Again, we had some new arrivals on the scene in this issue. Tessa Weekly appeared with her 'Talent Time' programme, and the infamous antihero Bertrand Belgique cracks down on the drama in Belgium
